Content Contribution, Moderation & Approval (CMAP) Policy

The official website of GMRCL represents multiple divisions/departments. To implement CMAP effectively, we have adopted a three-tiered structure, requiring a minimum of three officials to fulfil the following roles:

  1. Contributor – The nodal officer responsible for the respective department/section on the website.
  2. Moderator – The nodal officer or web information manager overseeing the website.
  3. Approver – HOD of the respective department.

Content Archival (CAP) Policy

The active tenders/notices will be archived automatically after the last date of submission from the date of their publishing. Once finalized, awarded tenders will be updated accordingly.

Job postings in the “Careers” section will be removed from the website after the closing date of applications.

The content archival mechanism is in place to ensure that all outdated announcements are removed from the website or moved to archive.
