Important Information
- Passengers, who has lost an article in GMRCL premises or in trains, can report at any station, or directly mail/call at Customer Care giving all details about the articles mentioning his/her address and contact numbers.
- All perishable food items and soiled items will be discarded at stations.
- Passenger Visiting at Lost and Found Office or station, to claim the lost& found items, shall bring a valid government ID having address on it.
- If the lost articles are not claimed within six months, deposited articles at Lost & Found office will be disposed off.
