PARTICULARS OF ORGANIZATION/FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited was incorporated on 4th February, 2010 as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) by the Government of Gujarat to implement Metro Rail Project under the Companies Act, 1956. The company was restructured and with effect from 20th March 2015 the Company has been converted as a 50: 50 SPV of Government of India and Government of Gujarat.
